Coldwell Banker West Realty has a full service in house REO Department that is dedicated to meeting the needs of Banks in order to sell Foreclosed Properties as quickly as possible.

What is an REO?
REO is an abbreviation for a REAL ESTATE OWNED property-real estate owned property indicates that the property in question has been foreclosed on and has been taken back by the mortgage lender or trustee. When a property has been taken back by the mortgage holder they often use a real estate agent to market and sell that property.

We market and sell foreclosed properties on behalf of banks and mortgage holders. In order to do this our agents have received on-going training and we have a dedicated team of staff on hand to handle the transaction from beginning to end.
